I have led a life of service and adventure.
A 22-year veteran of the U.S. Army, to all my friends and veterans that I have served with know me as "Bear," spent time as a Combat Diver Supervisor on numerous Special Forces SCUBA Teams where we assisted local law enforcement in body recoveries. I also worked as an Independent Contractor (IC) for the Department of Defense (DOD). My global missions included El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Haiti, Jamaica, Germany, Bosnia, and Latvia, just to name a few. Closer to home, I served for six years as an Special Reserve Harnett County Sheriff's Deputy, and since 2006, I also worked as a North Carolina licensed private investigator.
My connections run far and wide. In 2014, I added another accomplishment to my resume: Real Estate Broker. The reason for earning my license is simple: "I enjoy working with others. In this line of work, you must be a people person and truly want to serve your clients' needs and wants."
As an agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage's Sanford office, I am focused on serving both home buyers and sellers, including active-duty or retired military personnel and their families.

Family and community resonate for me, I called Sanford home since 1978. My wife, Connie and I have been happily married for 40-plus years. We are proud parents to two sons and grandparents to three grandsons and a granddaughter.
I am active in the Masons and Shriners, and also hold memberships in the Elks Lodge, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and the Special Forces Association (SFA).
When asked to describe myself in five words, I don't hesitate: "My word is my bond."

He facilitated many things that we couldn't be present for including inspections, repair estimates, and even the closing.
